I have faulty products, who should I contact?

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Please contact us via email at shoulderbuddies@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to Shoulder Fun USA, LLC. Shipping costs to return the product will be your responsibility. Once we have received the defective product, we will happily send you a replacement.
